Refund and Returns Policy
Delivery Details
In order to keep our prices as low as possible we do not stock materials, all orders will be fulfilled directly by the manufacturers of the products. As such we are unable to give an exact delivery date when orders are placed as we are dependent on the manufacturers logistics companies and their schedules which vary depending on which part of the UK the materials are despatched to.
All materials, unless specifically detailed, should however be standard stock items at the manufacturers and as such should be delivered within 7 to 10 working days from order.
Once we have received your order you will receive an email from us, within 24 hours, with the anticipated delivery date and confirmation of materials ordered.
In the unlikely situation where materials are temporarily out of stock at the manufacturers the delivery time may be extended but you will receive notification of anticipated delivery dates that the manufacturers have given us. Should the extended dates not be acceptable then either a full refund will be issued or an alternative product can be chosen instead.
Cancellation
All materials on this site will be cut specifically to your sizes and, as such, are custom products and cannot be cancelled or returned because you have changed your mind. Please ensure that before any orders are placed that the size, colour and design are exactly what you require.
Damaged / Faulty Materials
All goods must be fully inspected on delivery, please ensure that the materials delivered are as ordered and are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that goods are damaged in transport please do not accept delivery and notify us immediately. Damaged items must not be accepted and returned with the original carrier.
